Mikado has an elegant clarity and a mellow fruity aroma. The fresh sharpness is surprisingly pleasant and blends in perfect harmony with the dry yet full, rich taste.
At the final stage of the brewing process – the extraction is done by traditional Japanese sake brewing method of “shizuku-shibori”. An extravagant Drip-Pressing process where gravity alone is used to extract the sake, without applying pressure by machine or hand.
